About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Revenue Growth to join our team at Arcade. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and setting the direction for our sales strategy.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and mentor our talented sales team, ensuring their progression and succession planning. You will also be responsible for creating and executing innovative sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

As Head of Revenue Growth, you will be accountable for overseeing P&L responsibilities and ensuring the profitability of all sales initiatives. A strong analytical mind and financial acumen will be essential in informing strategic decisions.

Arcade offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
