This is a key opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on a leadership role with a cutting-edge biometrics company based in London, commuting 2-3 days per week. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct customer acquisition, targeting Fintech, Digital Banks, Mid-Tier Financial Services, and high-value clients within Insurance, Gaming, Telecom, and Technology industries.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with experience in the IDV and authentication space, as well as strong commercial relationships with end customers and partners. They should also have a solid understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, financial services, or related fields relevant to biometric software deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- New business development through sourcing, finding, and closing new deals
- Full management of the sales process, including business development, opportunity qualification, and preparation of bid/no bid recommendations and pursuit of the end-to-end sales cycle to close deals
- Developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with end customers, System Integrators, and Technology Partners
- Working closely with other teams and strategic contributors to devise medium- and long-term sales strategies
- Collaborating with other departments to maximize resource utilization
- Growing market segments through direct customer interactions
We offer a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, plus benefits and performance-based bonuses, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding excellence.
