About the Role

The Global Creative Strategy Partner will be responsible for leading the creative solutions revenue across global clients based in the UK, NL, DE, Nordics, and the ME. This role will work closely with all relevant business units to create impactful solutions that meet our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative solutions strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the thinking and delivery of insightful and creative responses to in-bound content RFPs.
  • Proactively develop custom creative solutions for potential clients.
  • Use new and existing research to showcase the impact our brands can have for global clients.
  • Stay abreast of the marketplace competition and digital innovations and share that knowledge with the team.
  • Cultivate senior agency relationships to ensure Hearst is front-of-mind across planning, partnerships, and creative solutions.
  • Report to the Lead Creative Strategy Partner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant creative solutions experience and expertise.
  • A strong understanding of digital solutions.
  • Dynamic creative solutions ideation and accomplished sales individual.
  • Ability to build compelling creative solution decks answering briefs based on insight and brilliant ideas.
  • Able to work collaboratively with all divisions within the hub and across the Hearst-wide structure.
