An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join RGF Staffing UK Limited's team in Lanarkshire. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including processing supplier invoices, payments, and monthly statement reconciliations for the Purchase Ledger.

You will also be required to raise ad-hoc sales invoices and credit notes, manage account records, and prepare accounts to trial balance stage. Additionally, you will aid in the preparation of Management Accounts and conduct reconciliations including balance sheet, bank, credit cards, intercompany, and supplier statements.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with experience in finance and accounting. You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, and be able to use initiative effectively while working as part of a team. The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
