Support Worker for Children with Additional Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a teaching assistant for children with special educational needs.
As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide support to children with additional needs, promoting their learning and development.
Key responsibilities include managing pupil behavior, de-escalating conflicts, and reporting any safeguarding concerns.

What You Will Do- Work alongside the class teacher to support children with their learning
- Manage the behavior of pupils and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Report any safeguarding concerns and follow school procedures
- Support small group work and work with children with additional needs
- An extremely competitive pay rate
- Weekly pay through PAYE with no hidden umbrella costs
- Social events and opportunities to network with other educational staff
- A £50 bonus for referrals
