**About the Role:**

We are seeking an Experienced SEMH Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of young people aged 8-16 with additional needs.

Working closely with the class teacher, you will help to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning and preparation, as well as supporting children with additional needs, including those with ASD and SEMH.

We are looking for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality support to our students. If you have a passion for working with children and young adults, particularly those with additional needs, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting children with additional needs, including those with ASD and SEMH
  • Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation
  • Creating engaging and interactive learning activities for children
  • Encouraging children to develop their social skills and build positive relationships with others

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits and perks.
