Special Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a vibrant school setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 5-18 who require specialist support.
About the Role:
This SEND school provides specialist support for primary and secondary aged children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and non-verbal needs. As a Special Needs Support Worker, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Your role will involve supporting pupils with SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and ASC needs on a one-to-one or small group basis.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with SEND children. You must have a caring and positive nature, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and young people. You will also need to understand safeguarding policies and procedures, and be willing to undergo a DBS check and register with the Update Service.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive daily rate of £86-£133 per hour, dependent on experience. You will also receive pension contributions, access to FREE training, including Team Teach and safeguarding updates, and a refer a friend bonus scheme. Estimated Salary: £83,360 - £129,940 per annum.
