Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Supporting Young People with Special Needs. In this position, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to students with a range of SEND needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, preferably in SEND settings, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and contributing to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

As a Supporting Young People with Special Needs, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of these exceptional young individuals and be part of a passionate and committed team.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
