Teaching Assistant SEMH Special Needs Role

**Job Description:**
We are recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant SEMH Special Needs Role in Bristol. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young people aged 8-16 with additional needs.
Working closely with the class teacher, you will help to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning and preparation, as well as supporting children with additional needs, including those with ASD and SEMH.
We are looking for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality support to our students. If you have a passion for working with children and young adults, particularly those with additional needs, we would love to hear from you.
**Key Requirements:**
- Experience working with children and young adults, particularly those with additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and empathetic approach to working with children
- A commitment to consistent and effective support
- A willingness to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of the school
