Special Education Assistant

In Academics Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Education Assistant to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, learning disabilities, and SEMH requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide one-to-one support to students throughout the school day
• Develop an understanding of additional needs and how to support children facing challenges in education
• Work under your own initiative, building relationships with students and supporting their success
**Requirements:**
• Criminology/psychology graduates or similar field experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
