Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special educational needs in a one-on-one or small group setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Assist in the implementation of strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
