We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our complex needs team at a SEN school in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SEN curriculum and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support for each pupil, including those with co-occurring conditions such as Autism and ADHD. They will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each pupil.

Salary: £23,500 per annum (based on £100 per day) plus benefits
Hours: 9:30am - 3:30pm

Requirements
  • MUST have experience working with young people or young adults with SEN (personal or professional)
  • Strong understanding of the SEN curriculum and ability to adapt to individual needs
  • Confident classroom management skills and enthusiasm for supporting children with SEN
