Role Overview:

As an Education Support Worker for Complex Needs, you will play a vital role in supporting students with MLD and SLD at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to develop individualized learning plans for students with complex learning needs
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to students in an inclusive environment
  • Contributing to a positive and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or Education Support Worker
  • A strong passion for supporting students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A valid DBS check
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Estimated Salary Range: £28,055 - £34,596 based on a 37-hour week, according to the Swindon average salary range
