- This position involves leading all aspects of Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school setting.
Job Description
- ">
- The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of SEN policies and action plans.
- They will also be responsible for supporting the Headteacher with safeguarding responsibilities.
- In addition, they will teach part-time, focusing on the Complex Needs Unit.
- Other key responsibilities include line managing the Complex Needs Unit and SRP, as well as acting as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).

Required Skills and Qualifications
- ">
- The ideal candidate must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- NASENCO Qualification or willingness to complete within 2 years
- Significant experience in SEND teaching and staff management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
