Job Title: Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker for children with complex needs. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced support staff and on-site professionals to provide 1:1 support to students throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to students with complex needs, learning disabilities, and SEMH needs
* Encourage students to maintain focus and work towards achieving independence and life skills
* Work alongside the support staff and on-site professionals to develop an understanding of additional needs and how to support children facing challenges while in education

Requirements:
* A genuine interest in supporting young people's development and well-being
* Emotional intelligence and the ability to work under own initiative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
