Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at William Street Flats. In this role, you will provide daily support and assistance to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other complex needs. Your primary focus will be on promoting independence, dignity, and respect for all residents.

Key Responsibilities
Your key duties will include:
  • Providing one-to-one support to residents with varying levels of need.
  • Assisting with personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Participating in support plan development and implementation.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of person-centred care and support principles.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a comprehensive training program, access to an Employee Assistance Program, free on-site parking, and uniform.
