As a Vulnerable Children Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Wiltshire's vulnerable children from pre-birth to age 18. Our patch-based model matches families with your expertise and chosen patch, allowing for tailored support and effective collaboration with safeguarding teams.

We prioritize flexibility, offering various work locations and hot-desking opportunities to facilitate collaboration and teamwork. A full driving license and access to a car are required due to the rural setting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' safeguarding experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and the Children Act 2004. We offer a range of benefits, including a 15% market supplement payment and flexible work arrangements.
