SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic support worker to join our team at a school in Swindon. As a Teaching Assistant for children with special educational needs, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support and create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support children with their learning and provide individualized attention when needed
- Manage pupil behavior and maintain a constructive and positive classroom environment
- Carry out small group work and work with children with additional needs
- Report any safeguarding concerns using the school's referral procedures and safeguarding policies
- An extremely competitive pay rate
- Weekly pay through PAYE (no hidden umbrella costs)
- Opportunities to network with other educational staff and participate in social events
- A £50 bonus for referrals
