Responsibilities and Requirements

">
  • Leading and managing the Short Breaks programme to ensure high-quality care experiences for children and young people with SEND.
  • Developing and implementing a Strategic Development Plan for the Short Breaks service, including budget management and staff performance.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with families, schools, and external agencies.
  • Experience managing services for children and young people with SEND, with at least a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, Childcare, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills in a care or educational setting.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
