SEN Learning Support Specialist

Our SEN school in Swindon requires a highly motivated and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, providing one-on-one support to students who require it, and collaborating with other educators to develop innovative strategies for supporting students with SEN.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a range of benefits including comprehensive support from teaching assistants in every class, tailored teacher training programs, and a commitment to investing in your professional development and career progression.
