Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team in Swindon. This role involves working closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide personalized support to students with complex learning needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality support to students with MLD and SLD in a full-time position
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans in collaboration with teachers and SEN staff
  • Maintaining a positive and encouraging learning environment through emotional support and encouragement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Professional
  • A strong passion for supporting students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A valid DBS check
  • Legal right to work in the UK
