Youth Support Coordinator Position

An ideal candidate for a behaviour support assistant role in a mainstream primary school is a recent graduate or aspiring SEN teacher, educational psychologist, support worker or occupational therapist.

This position requires the ability to work closely with trained professionals, including experienced SENCOs, educational psychologists, and occupational therapists, to develop and implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive habits among students.
