About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teacher Leader to join our innovative learning environments. As an SEN leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of primary-aged pupils with additional needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of teaching pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and be able to lead by example in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education to primary-aged pupils with additional needs
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to diverse needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with a network of SEND services and educational settings to ensure seamless support for pupils
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • A strong track record of teaching pupils with autism and other special educational needs
  • Leadership experience in a similar setting, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions to drive pupil progress and achievement
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of employee benefits, including pension schemes, health insurance, and more.
