Support Educator for SEN and Mainstream Provisions

Protocol Education is working with a range of educational establishments in the Wiltshire area to recruit Support Educators for casual/part-time positions. The role involves assisting children and young people with their learning and development.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing, empathetic, and able to work well within a team environment. They should also have a good sense of humor, be adaptable, and patient.
Previous experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEN, is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from experienced TAs, Youth Workers, and Educators as well as those just starting their career.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25-£30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is temporary, but there may be opportunities for permanent positions in the future.
