We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a mainstream school with a reputation for creating an excellent SEN provision. The school has a unique approach where all SEN Learning Support Assistants work with multiple students throughout the day, providing a welcomed break for both staff and students.

The role involves working as part of a small team to support students in accessing the curriculum in an environment that caters to their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have additional needs, particularly ASD, and display a kind and caring nature.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students to help them access the curriculum and provide individualized support. You will also be part of a team that works with Long-term Teachers Ltd, an independent agency that places a huge emphasis on delivering an exceptional service to candidates.
