Innovative SEN Teacher Required for Special Resource Provision

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our innovative learning environments, working in a Special Resource Provision as part of a mainstream school. As an SEN Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with primary-aged pupils who have additional needs, mainly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in a creative and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching primary-aged pupils with ASD in a stimulating and supportive setting
- Encouraging self-development and making learning enjoyable for students
- Collaborating with a network of SEND services and educational settings to provide comprehensive support
- Designing and implementing engaging and diverse learning activities that cater to individual needs
- Building strong relationships with pupils to help them grow in confidence and achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children with autism and supporting their unique needs
- Innovative and adaptable approach, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to changing situations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in SEN education
About Our School:

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
