Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled SEN Coordinator to lead and manage SEN provision in a mainstream school in Swindon. The successful candidate will coordinate personalized learning plans, work closely with teachers and support staff, and ensure compliance with SEN legislation.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- National SENCo Award or equivalent qualification
- Experience working as a SENCo or in a leadership role within SEN
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK
