Job Description

Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead a team of account managers in London or hybrid. This high-growth B2B SaaS platform partners with global brands, leveraging computer vision, AI, and machine learning to empower CMOs. As Head of Sales (Existing Clients), you will oversee an existing team of 5 Global Client Partners, focusing on strategic growth, renewals, and upselling. A proven track record in software licensing sales and team leadership is essential.

Your responsibilities include coaching, training, hiring, and developing your enterprise team to enhance retention, expansion, and net growth. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and providing accurate forecasting. A strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and experience selling data, insight, measurement, or analytic Software Solutions to brands is required.

  • Manage a team of Global Client Partners, reporting to the VP of Sales.
  • Ensure the successful execution of the Client Journey and value delivery to meet retention and expansion growth targets.
  • Hire top talent and develop strategies for coaching and motivating your AM team.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts and identify opportunities to enhance the GCP team's revenue generation capabilities.

The salary for this role is £140K - £233K OTE + Equity. The company values team fit and seeks a firm yet fair manager to guide this team and make required improvements.
