Key Accounts Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Director to join our team at HAYWOOD THOMAS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing key national wholesale accounts, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in key account management, with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies to drive results. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage key national wholesale accounts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver results.
  • Maintain full commercial responsibility, including P&L management, JBP's, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver results and exceed customer expectations.
