Key Accounts Director

Frankland Automation is a leading automation technology company that has partnered with a globally renowned manufacturer. We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Director to join our high-performing sales team.
You will be responsible for managing critical distributors and system integrators, generating between £250K - £5M across various industries. Your role will involve coaching, training, and driving sales directly at the distributors, ensuring they have the tools and motivation to succeed in selling our product.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated multi-year sales success selling automation products in the UK market. A strong communicator and team player with good understanding of the industrial automation or process instrumentation market is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of £50K - £60K, plus bonus, commission, car, and comprehensive benefits. The role is based from home, but regular training will take place in our office.
