Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to lead our Low Code and Dynamics practice as a Sales Lead. This senior sales leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional growth through Low Code and Dynamics 365 solutions, working across sectors and regions to define and execute a successful go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with leadership to define the go-to-market strategy, aligning services and sales activities with business objectives.
  • Be accountable for driving the business offerings, maintaining alignment with market trends and customer needs while ensuring commercial viability.
  • Take ownership of senior relationships with Microsoft, ensuring alignment between sales teams and Microsoft stakeholders to unlock opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Use data-driven insights to track performance, refine strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sales and business development functions within enterprise software or digital solutions, with a focus on Low Code and Dynamics. They will possess strong project management capabilities, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities aligned with business objectives. Commercial expertise in constructing and negotiating complex deals, including pricing strategies and contracts, is also essential.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
