About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Kedleston Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to work with children and young people across two schools in Hampshire and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the communication skills and overall wellbeing of students through individualized therapy services.
  • Work closely with our specialist clinical team to provide comprehensive support for students with Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN) and complex needs.
  • Manage a caseload, prioritizing therapy sessions based on clinical need and collaborating with other professionals as necessary.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, staff training, and annual appraisals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • UK HCPC Registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
