Job Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (Graduate or Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist)

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with speech, language, and communication needs through one-on-one interventions and small group sessions.
  • Collaborate with our experienced therapists and teachers to develop and implement effective programs and interventions.
  • Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements: A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, along with experience working with children with autism, speech, and language disorders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Salary Estimate: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
