Academics Ltd is recruiting a talented Autism and Speech Therapist Trainee to join our team in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on experience working with children with autism and speech difficulties.

The primary school caters to children aged 4-11 with a range of needs, including those with speech, language, ASD, and behavioral challenges. As an Autism and Speech Therapist Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop and implement targeted interventions to support student learning and development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create personalized plans for students
  • Delivering 1-1 and small group sessions to support students' learning and social development
  • Developing strategies to promote positive behavior and improve student engagement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and ideas

We offer:

  • Ongoing professional development and training
  • Daily rate: £90 - £110, Monday to Friday, term time only
  • No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and grow
  • Valid UK work permit essential
