Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with complex needs, including autism, sensory impairments, physical difficulties, and SEMH requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Counsellors to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and implement tailored interventions to promote student engagement, motivation, and academic progress.
