Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is currently recruiting for a Senior Therapist Opportunity within our Surrey Heath Locality team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our occupational therapy services, ensuring high-quality care for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Occupational Therapy, with a professional qualification and current registration with the HCPC. You will also have significant experience in providing professional supervision and mentoring, as well as excellent leadership skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of £46,399 - £49,588 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. Our benefits package includes:

  • 26 days' annual leave, rising to 28 days after 2 years' service and 30 days after 5 years' service
