Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and caring Home Care Professional to join our team. As a Live-In Carer, you will live with a client in their home, providing round-the-clock care and support. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and household duties. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our office team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care (e.g., assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Administer or assist with medication in line with the care plan
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Prior experience in a care role
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Ability to live in the client's home for 2 weeks at a time
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A competitive salary of £15-20 per hour, depending on experience
- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rota for a healthy work-life balance
