Care and Companionship Opportunities:
Melody Care is seeking skilled and compassionate professionals to join our team as Home Support Specialists. As a Home Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and companionship to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care services, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and medication management
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients, catering to their dietary needs and preferences
- Assist clients with shopping and errands, ensuring they have access to essential items
- Accompany clients to appointments and social events, offering emotional support and companionship
