Job Description
Care Assistants play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes. This role involves visiting clients in their own homes, providing support and companionship, and helping with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing. You will work independently, using your initiative and judgment to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Help clients with medication management and administration
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided

Requirements
- Over 18 years old
- Good English skills
- Reliable car and valid driver's license
- Availability to work 5 out of 7 days every week
- Willingness to work AM or PM shifts plus alternate weekends

What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £13-£17 per hour
- Paid mileage at 45p per mile
- Paid travel time at £9.50 (increasing to £10.42 from April)
- Free enhanced DBS check
- Opportunities for overtime and refer-a-friend bonuses
- Guaranteed income contract
