You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop tailored support plans and strategies, and provide consistency and equip children with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe they can succeed in life.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with professionals to develop tailored support plans and strategies
- Maintain robust relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Support students with learning difficulties, autism, sensory impairments, physical difficulties, SEMH needs, and associated challenging behaviours
- Passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Able to remain calm and resilient in situations of stress or conflict
- High levels of empathy, caring, compassionate, and a good listener
- Excellent on-site training and support
- CPD opportunities to ensure safeguarding of all students
- A competitive daily rate: £85-£110 per day (Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, term time only)
