Functional Assessment Role

SJB Medical is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000, with the possibility of a performance-related bonus of up to 10% and a one-time payment of £2,000 after one year.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients in a professional manner.
- Prepare detailed reports based on these assessments.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- A degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Paramedicine is essential for this position.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- They must demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a team environment.
