We are seeking ambitious and results-driven recent graduates to join our 18-month graduate program. This exciting opportunity will provide you with a deep immersion into the markets, product solutions, and tools needed for success at Alfa Laval.

Your Journey:

  • A comprehensive 18-month graduate program that offers immersive learning in products, markets, tools, and functions within all three Alfa Laval Divisions.
  • An opportunity to build your network of Alfa Laval colleagues and develop internal and external relationships that will drive success in your role.

About You:

We are looking for recent university graduates with a minimum of a 2:1 degree in engineering. Ideally, you will have knowledge of industrial equipment and/or systems such as heat transfer, rotating equipment, fluid separations/filtration/handling, process monitoring and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Full-time employment with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • The ability to travel, potentially internationally.
  • A full UK driving license.
