Job Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team in the Surrey Heath Locality, providing high-quality therapy services to service users. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective therapy plans, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Provide supervision and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

What You Will Need:

  • Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Substantial post-qualification professional experience and experience in providing professional supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
