About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants.
You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, and many of our Senior Carer Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package including free training and development for all roles, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
