Senior Care Professional

As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll oversee the diverse needs of our residents to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support. Your responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You may also be required to assist the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
* Support the clinical team in specific areas
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, specifically knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits
