About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Choice Care Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential care homes, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to our residents.

As a Deputy Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, working closely with our Assistant Regional Director to drive continuous improvement across our services. You will also have the chance to study for a Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management - General Adult Social Care Diploma, which will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult social care, with supervisory experience and excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners, and demonstrate a patient, reliable, and flexible approach to work.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,225 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement, sick pay entitlement, and an Employee Assistance Programme. You will also have access to complex in-house training, including our Advanced Management Development Programme for managers in the making and our Foundation Management Development Programme for rising stars.
