Avery Healthcare is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to residents. As the Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Leading a team to deliver high-quality care and ensuring residents receive care based on best practice.
- Managing costs and maintaining budgetary controls by reviewing and monitoring stock.
- Recruiting and developing staff to meet regulatory requirements and business performance targets.
We are looking for an experienced leader with excellent leadership and management skills to join our team. You will have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in IT. A DBS Disclosure check will be required.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience. Avery Healthcare offers a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
