Care Manager Position

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Manager. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our residential care home, ensuring that all residents receive person-centered care and support. You'll work closely with our Assistant Regional Director to develop and implement care plans, manage budgets, and lead a team of dedicated care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive care and support
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Company policies and procedures
