We are currently seeking an experienced Care Professional to join our team at Kitnocks House. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To support residents with their daily lives, including personal care, meal times, and social activities
  • To promote independence and encourage residents to make informed choices about their lives
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall quality of care provided

Requirements

  • 12 months' previous experience working in care (essential)
  • A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
