Clinical Research Practice Development Nurses are essential to driving quality and excellence in patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective clinical strategies, providing expert guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive clinical training programs, conducting rigorous clinical investigations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for advancing clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective clinical strategies
  • Providing expert guidance and support
  • Designing and delivering comprehensive clinical training programs
  • Conducting rigorous clinical investigations
Requirements:
  • Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practice guidelines
  • Working knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on research and best practices in the field
  • In-depth knowledge and application of MCA Assessments in accordance with the MCA Act 2005 and understanding of the MCA 1989 (s.117 aftercare)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with neurodegenerative and mental health conditions
  • Experience of managing clinical projects which have had an organisational impact
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, benefits worth up to £5,000, including enhanced rate for overtime, pension scheme, and specialist training.
